residential customer services manager

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Residential Customer Services Manager to join the team in London.


Job Responsibilities:

• Drives proactive customer service

• Be at the forefront of all aspects of customer engagement

• Oversee the management of all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance

• Investigates and helps to resolve complaints, and disturbances

• Obtain quotes and coordinate works across the estates whilst communicating positively with customers

• Regularly inspect the properties across portfolios

• Maintaining and delivering a high standard of presentation

• Contributing to monthly and quarterly client reporting and occasional attendance of client meetings

• Assisting with managing budget across the portfolios under the Property Manager or Partners direction

• Manage Check-in and Check-out of customers

• Work closely with appointed letting agents to provide an exemplary seamless service

• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.


Residential Customer Services Manager Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service skills and has relevant customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented and highly organised

• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
