We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Property Manager to join our Northern team.
The successful candidate will be a key contact for a number of our valued clients. They will report into an Associate Partner who will oversee but assist in managing the portfolio.
Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for the day to day property management of their portfolio and will need to undertake a broad spectrum of property management tasks which will include being responsible for service charge properties. They will ensure the Health and Safety of the portfolio is compliant, and be responsible for overseeing the facilities and contractor management relating to their properties.
The successful candidate will have good teamwork and communication skills and capability to deliver business focused solutions. The will also require a strong bias to customer service and sustainability. They will preferably have excellent all-round property management experience, and ideally be MRICS qualified. Good IT skills are a must and ideally the candidate will have used MRI Qube accounting system previously.

The role will be remunerated by a market level package which will include a basic salary, entry to the firm’s discretionary bonus scheme, a contributory pension scheme, private health care, plus 25 days holiday.
