Tandem Business Update



In this dynamic and unprecedented situation, we would like to reassure all our clients of continued service, but with a focus on our absolute priorities. The welfare of our employees and supply partners, risk management and compliance for building assets and occupying customers is paramount.


We have implemented the first stage of our business continuity plan and have advised our staff to work from home, other than in exceptional circumstances for a very few key staff. We are working hard to ensure that staff can continue to connect and operate from home and provide services remotely. We are also supporting their social well-being through regular interactive engagement and communication. We have completed our first on-line team meeting this week and have virtual coffee meetings set up. We will also be holding regular ‘chats’ to share exercise, yoga, well-being and welfare tips.


We are working with our Facilities Management Partner, Envirotech FM, to ensure that our Customer Service Desk remains fully operational with ongoing support for the staff working from home. They are receiving additional training and guidance to handle the different types of enquiries and requests we are starting to receive.

You can also contact either of us if you need assistance, we will be checking all emails regularly throughout the day.


Our priorities at this time are to protect building assets and maintain services where buildings are in lock down to ensure compliance and risk protection. As well as ensuring services can be provided again as soon as occupiers are safely able to return to the accommodation.


We very much hope that all of our clients, customers, partners and friends remain well and safe, and we look forward to seeing you all again as soon as we can.
