Tandem Property Asset Management are delighted to announce their new appointment to work with Mayfair Capital to manage their recent acquisition of a refurbished cutting edge Shoreditch multi let office building. The Bonhill Building covers 8 floors totaling 113,000 sq ft and boasts impressive tech connectivity, transport links and wellness attributes.
This is Mayfair Capital’s largest acquisition to date, highlighting their commitment and confidence in London remaining a popular destination for occupiers post the Brexit outcome.
The team at Tandem are working closely with Mayfair Capital and their wider professional team to deliver a strategic mobilisation with outstanding tenant engagement and customer service. Part of the mobilisation is to review the building fabric and services with a real focus on ESG policies as a key commitment to the overall performance of the investment asset.
