Tandem Appointed on Malta House
Malpro Limited, which is wholly owned by the Government of Malta, has recently appointed Tandem to manage the Malta House building on Piccadilly London W1.
Tandem Property Asset Management have been appointed to manage this high profile building of 14,900 ft.² located on Piccadilly at the junction with Swallow Street. The Government of Malta enjoys a long-term lease on this building from the Crown Estates.
The Malta High Commission occupy prime space inside the building along with four other tenants Valan Investments, Abanca Corp, WNS Global Group and Capricorn Fund Managers, with art gallery Huxley Parlour on the ground floor.
The appointment reflects Tandems hands-on and personal service for the client and occupiers. Tandem have mobilised quickly to review the FM and maintenance contracts and have already provided a significant increase in the level of service with a focus on customer service. This has been very effective in developing much closer liaison with occupiers and providing a high level of responsiveness and much improved communications, including face to face updates.
