Tandem Newly Appointed on Drummond Gate
Tandem have been appointed to manage the 100,000 sq ft 1 Drummond Gate in Pimlico. This major office scheme originally developed in the 1980’s is the ex-home of the Met Police and is now being refurbished by the private owner.
We are supporting the letting strategy with our joint venture partners Tuckerman, project managing the potential refurbishment of the ground floor, and facilitating the fit out of the remaining vacant floors.
Tandem are providing a pivotal management service, understanding the clients letting and asset management strategy, and project managing the practical elements of onsite maintenance and capital work to deliver the office space needed to meet occupational demand. We’ve improved training opportunities and career development for onsite staff members who have transferred as part of the transition and we are reviewing all maintenance contracts to ensure best value for money in the service charge for occupiers.
We are preparing a full condition survey of the M&E equipment and a full PPM management plan for fabric and common areas.
We are bringing expert Mechanical and Electrical professionals, a customer lead approach to FM and improved front of house services to positively impact on the tenant experience and customer service in the building.
