Melissa joined Tandem’s London office in 2020 from Avison Young. As a highly experienced manager, she has worked across a range of portfolios including Rugby School’s Bloomsbury estate, TPT’s portfolio, and Overcourt. Her primary areas of focus include the mobilisation of new clients and service charge reconciliations.
Background
Before joining Avison Young, Melissa was Global Property & Facilities Manager at Kurt Geiger where she was responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of Kurt Geiger stores globally. She was also responsible for project managing store openings and refurbishments in the portfolio, including Harrods and Selfridges. She is a highly experience Senior Property Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the industry.
