Mandy Fox
Credit Controller
Mandy joined Tandem as Credit Controller in our Property Management Accounts team in Birmingham. She handles all aged debt from the smallest individual items to the largest contracted rental payments. This may include the instruction of necessary legal action to recover debt including instructing lawyers or bailiffs. As part of her role Mandy prepares monthly balance sheet accounts and prepares refunds, adjustments and write-offs as appropriate.
Background
Mandy previously worked at Contract Fire Security, managing the whole credit control function whilst reporting to the Financial Controller. This involved being responsible for 500 live accounts and 50 key national accounts. She brings a wealth of skills and experience to her role at Tandem.
