Delivering outstanding customer experience has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Kate. As Office Manager, she is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organisational and management skills to ensure smooth operations in the always busy Tandem office.


Prior to joining Tandem in 2017 Kate worked at Vodafone New Zealand in Learning and Development roles, excelling at in facilitation in both sales and customer experience, taking a special interest in process and system change management.

Kate says that working at Tandem has been a fantastic opportunity for her to learn the world of asset management and she is excited everyday by the new challenges and opportunities that would be too complex for larger less flexible businesses.

Having moved from New Zealand, Kate enjoys exploring the UK and Europe and is very much enjoying taking as many city-breaks as she can.
