finance administrator 

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join the team.


The successful candidate will have good teamwork ethic and enhanced communication skills. Full training will be given in the role and the in the use of our in-house accounting system.  Good IT skills are a must and Excel skills essential.

The role:

Main duties and tasks include:

  • Printing, coding and processing all invoices onto finance system

  • Obtain authorisation and/or match PO to invoices

  • Manage payment runs in line with client timetables ensuring no duplicate entries

  • Collate backing schedules for payment authorisation ready for approval to release

  • Daily communication and query resolution from internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to surveyors, suppliers and tenants

  • Tenant and supplier account reconciliation, cash collection and allocation

  • General filing, photocopying and scanning

  • Any other duties relevant to the role
