Debbie joined Tandem in 2019 and is assigned to the Leeds Office where she manages a variety of office, commercial, retail and mixed use properties. With over 11 years’ experience in the property industry, she is a qualified Fitwel Ambassador and can therefore provide advice to our clients and occupiers on how to improve their space in order to improve workplace productivity and to attract the best talent in the workforce. She also heads up Tandem’s ESG committee which aims to promote employee involvement at all levels with their ESG policies.
Background
Before joining Tandem, Debbie’s previous roles included lead surveyor and client liaison for trophy asset St Katharine Docks and she was part of the CBRE team that provided development and mobilisation advice to Hermes for the South Bank Central Development. Most recently, Debbie was head of the Property Management Function at private property company RO Real Estate.
