Kavin Ramachandran

Kavin is a permanent mixed-use FM with Envirotech and has joined Tandem for an interim period as Facilities Manager. He is appointed to work on a cluster of property assets on Great Ormond Street and Lambs Conduit Street in Bloomsbury owned by our client Rugby School.

Background

Kavin brings more than 10 years’ experience within facilities management to Tandem, most notably of late in the hospitality sector as General Manager of the Byron Hotel in London’s Bayswater. Prior to that he performed an Operations Manager role overseeing 3 hotels and 30 residential properties on behalf of Amki Management Ltd.
