Tandem were appointed to manage this office property on behalf of the owners, The Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2012 following the major refurbishment of the building. The property is made up of 25,000 Ft2 of office accommodation arranged over a basement and 5 upper floors.

Following the refurbishment Tandem mobilised the services and facilities for the property and established the procedures for financial management including a service charge with and 5-year PPM to share with new occupying sub tenants. 

We collect rent of more than one million pounds and the service charge operates on an annual budget of £215,000 per annum.
