meet the team
After graduating from De Montfort University Leicester, Andrew joined Rapleys in their Huntingdon office working within the Rating, Professional Services, Valuation and Property Management teams. He subsequently moved to Scottish & Newcastle plc as an Estates Surveyor where he qualified. Andrew was responsible for managing the region’s estate of over 250 unlicensed assets, as well as the estate management of the licenced premises alongside the Estate Manager.
In 1999 Andrew moved back in to mainstream property joining Keningtons in London’s West End to further my general practice experience. Working within the Property Management team he was responsible for the strategic and day to day management of assets for investors such as Kenmore Property Group, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Bee Bee Developments and Castlemore. During his time at the firm Andrew was promoted to Associate Partner and subsequently Partner.
In 2007 Andrew joined Farebrother as a Partner to lead the Property Management team. He is a huge champion of customer service and believes that this is more important than ever to all our clients whether they be owners or occupiers.
Working closely with investors, funds, institutions, charities, and private landlords, Andrew provides strategic real estate advice and commercial property management. This advice works alongside practical support on a per-transaction basis, including rent collection, maintenance and all other aspects of management.
Andrew is passionate about well delivered customer service something which Tandem considers to be its overarching focus.
In his spare time Andrew is a keen cyclist (mountain and road) and a keen (but sometimes frustrated) supporter of Liverpool FC and Waterloo RUFC.
